Ben Schaefer is an attorney and title agent. After focusing his studies on business law in school, Mr. Schaefer began his career working with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and afterward spent several years in private practice as a litigator. He has had several recent high-profile legal victories, including an appeal to Virginia’s Court of Appeals, which he won on a previously uncited legal argument.
